Reclamation
The role of Reclamation within the chapter engages each financial brother of the chapter to identify brothers in a geographic area who are not currently affiliated with the local chapter. Be certain to inform identified Brothers of chapter sponsored programs and projects, and invite those Brothers to attend chapter meetings on a regular basis.
In an effort to retain Brothers, the chapter should encourage reclaimed Brothers to serve on a committee in some capacity. By giving Brothers this responsibility, the Brother will feel that his input and engagement are appreciated. Our reclamation success will be measured by Brothers submitting their local financial dues and attending at least (5) general body and/or committee meetings for said year.
Remember that ALL BROTHERS ARE WELCOMED HOME!!!!
